I can offer you a safe and confidential space to share any concerns or difficulties that you may be experiencing in your life. These may be painful or confusing, making you feel uncomfortable, sad or angry. A space to express yourself in a way that you are perhaps unable to with family or friends.

I am based in Cheadle Hulme within easy access of Stockport and surrounding areas via excellent transport links, such as bus and train. I also have free on-site parking facilities.

Appointments

I offer an initial session at a reduced rate whereby you can meet with me and decide whether counselling is the right form of treatment for you at this time. This meeting will give you the opportunity to discuss any feelings or expectations you may have, allowing you to make an informed choice about counselling. Once we have decided to work together we will normally meet on a regular weekly basis, however this will depend entirely on your own individual needs.

Techniques used can vary between clients, we will work together in a way that best suits your needs.

Sessions last between 50 - 60 minutes. The number of sessions you will have again depends on your individual needs. I do regular reviews of the clients progress to make sure their needs are being met.

I offer daytime and evening appointments Monday - Friday. I try to be as flexible as possible to my clients so that I am available for appointments at a time that suits them.
